About the Role
We're seeking a Senior HubSpot CMS Developer to drive digital transformation for ambitious businesses. This role requires a strategic technologist who can build sophisticated, high-performance websites that convert and engage. If you have 6+ years of experience, a deep understanding of HubL, API development, and modern web technologies, and the ability to deliver fast, scalable, and high-performing HubSpot websites, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
• Develop custom HubSpot CMS websites using HubL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and HubDB.
• Build and optimise HubSpot themes, modules, and templates to enhance user experience and streamline content management.
• Develop and manage private apps, serverless functions, and API integrations to extend HubSpot’s capabilities.
• Optimise websites for performance, accessibility, SEO, and best-in-class development standards.
• Ensure high page speed and Core Web Vitals scores through best practices in asset optimisation, lazy loading, and efficient coding.
• Track tasks and projects efficiently using Asana and time tracking tools.
• Document development processes, code changes, and best practices to ensure clarity and maintainability.
• Work closely with designers, strategists, and marketers to deliver visually stunning, high-converting websites.
• Troubleshoot and debug HubSpot CMS issues with a detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
• Stay ahead of HubSpot’s evolving CMS features, development trends, and best practices.
