Job description

  • Administrative Coordination: Manage communications (email, Slack, social media), consolidate messages, and act as the central contact for multiple teams (social media, production, marketing).

  • Event & Logistics Management: Coordinate logistics for annual events and handle tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and transport arrangements.

  • Production & Inventory Oversight: Track production stages, ensure alignment with marketing and stock levels, and maintain accurate Shopify inventory.

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, ensure timely follow-ups, and resolve complaints effectively.

  • Process Improvement: Streamline workflows, implement efficient systems, and proofread packaging and marketing materials for accuracy.

  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with virtual teams, ensure projects stay on track, manage system access, and organize digital files.
