• Update and maintain the owner's daily schedule as soon as new tasks or appointments are sent.
Auction Properties Management:
• For properties in the final week of the campaign, ensure they are bumped up for maximum exposure (Wednesday before auction week).
Follow-Ups & Reminders:
• Follow up with the manager on flyer designs or any outstanding materials.
• Update appraisal notes across all relevant sheets and set follow-up reminders.
Social Media Tasks:
• Create and post "Coming Soon," "Just Listed," and "Just Sold" tiles.
• Schedule and post any client reviews (e.g., RateMyAgent).
• Update the bulk email template for open home or auction reminders.
Property Appraisal Tasks Calendar & Schedule Review:
• Check the appraisal schedule daily and confirm if Form 6 and CMA documents are prepared.
• Add new appraisals to: The Appraisal Schedule. All Appraisal Sheet. NurtureCloud. Digital & Drop Off Sheet.
Document Preparation:
• Prepare and finalize Form 6s and CMAs (both digital and print versions).
Digital CMA Management:
• Follow up with the owner on digital CMA prices daily.
• Send Digital CMAs promptly to relevant contacts.
Lead & Client Follow-Up Add Leads for Follow-Up:
• Input all relevant leads into owner’s schedule for timely follow-up.
• Ensure all leads from enquiries or campaigns are captured in the system.
Thank-You Emails:
• Send bulk thank-you emails to weekend open home attendees.
Weekly Recurring Tasks Property Marketing:
• Create Property Magazines (Part 1) for new and current listings.
• Update the property guide with the latest information.
• Design flyers and coordinate with agents for printing.
Auction Campaign Updates:
• Review upcoming auction properties and prepare reminders for bumping campaigns.
Bulk Email Communication:
• Prepare and send open home reminder emails to all potential attendees.
