PR& Event Specialist / Agriculture

FieldBee is a growing AgriTech company with 80 employees and 2 offices in Amstelveen (Netherlands) and Gliwice (Poland). That is operating in the area of agriculture machine automation.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Create and implement a PR communications plan for b2b and b2c channels globally
Work closely with existing and potential customers to engage audiences, communicate with them, and speak the same language
Daily monitoring of media and working with them to find and implement PR opportunities
Creating press releases, texts, and other types of content for media
Working closely with in-house tech experts to find tech insights and transform them into relevant content
Organization of different types of corporate events together both online and offline
Represent the company during a wide variety of events, in local tech communities, in industry associations
Setting up and managing relationships with a variety of local media including tech, business, local
Providing PR support for HR initiatives
Conducting ongoing market analysis, tracking communication trends, and providing reports based on data
Building a successful Influencers channel

Experience and Qualifications:

Advanced Understanding of the agriculture industry
Experience with precision farming will be a plus
Proven track record of publications
Broad experience in marketing and PR
Good writing skills
Have an eye for design
Experience with analytical tools will be a plus
Fluent English, German language will be a plus
