Business Process Expert - Procurement and SCM

Job Description

For our global operations, we seek a Business Process Expert for Procurement & SCM. The Business Process Expert will assist in the rollout of the new IFS ERP system globally across Fugro. This role involves working closely with the Global Business Process Owner (BPO) and engaging with SCM departments and stakeholders globally.

Your Role:

The main responsibilities include participating in the design, build, and rollout of the new ERP system (IFS), training SCM members globally, and developing global processes, procedures, and tools for sourcing, purchasing, and contract management.

Additionally, the role involves identifying and mitigating risks in the SCM area, ensuring compliance with Fugro and legal standards, and implementing efficient working practices to meet cost-saving targets and improve quality and delivery times.

Your Track Record:

• You have a bachelor’s or a master’s degree. Preferred qualifications include NEVI/CIPS or other relevant SCM certificates.

• You bring several years of experience in Supply Chain Management/ Procurement.

• Relevant experience with ERP systems is also required. Knowledge of IFS is a plus.

• Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
