Our future colleague will do:

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Manage and maintain partnership contracts with functional application pilots, operations integrators, and site support teams as necessary.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project management teams interfacing with applications, addressing and coordinating requests for changes or adjustments.

Testing and Pre-production:

• Organize and oversee tests, pre-production environments, and the acceptance process for applications, working closely with the Business Line to ensure readiness.
• Design and validate integration tests to ensure seamless application functionality.

Knowledge and Configuration Management:

• Receive and assimilate knowledge transferred from project teams and facilitate ramp-up activities before transitioning to operational governance.
• Ensure configuration management activities are performed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.

Technical Expertise and Support:

• Provide technical expertise to business and development teams, supporting analysis of application requests and offering guidance based on deep application knowledge.
• Act as the technical expert for assigned applications, assisting in the resolution of technical issues and facilitating advanced functional analysis when required.

Maintenance and Change Management:

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities and manage small changes to applications, ensuring they meet the needs of user departments.
• Participate in updating key documentation such as specifications, acceptance files, and technical standards.

Risk Management and Compliance:

• Identify and assess risks, determine their criticality, and implement action plans to mitigate them.
• Ensure compliance with the organization's security directives by verifying that rights reviews are performed as required.

Incident and Problem Management:

• Act as the primary technical contact for managing incidents (crises) and handling problem management (PRP) for applications within the scope of the RUN service.
• Collaborate with operational teams to resolve crises effectively, minimizing impact on service delivery.
