Principal Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: 

  • Sales Performance: Collaborate with Ambius Regional Directors and Regional Sales Managers to set and achieve regional Sales goals (accountable for field sales element) 

    • Determine effective and efficient methods to attain revenue objectives 

    • Manage sales performance within the market and monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify where improvements can be made

    • Travel to various field locations and/or other locations for program delivery, project support, and subject-matter expertise. 

    • Incorporate new tools and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
       

  • People Leadership: Oversee development of Regional Sales Managers through talent assessment and development; provide coaching to facilitate personal growth and performance improvement

    • Orchestrate joint team meetings to build camaraderie and share best practices

    • Manage recruiting efforts, interviewing, candidates hiring and onboarding to ensure appropriate staffing levels and a talented bench strength
       

  • Culture: Establish a high performing team and lead a culture of accountability that ensures delivery of sales objectives, including development and implementation of programs and promotions to motivate sales teams within the market

    • Serve as steward of Rentokil-Terminix business model to ensure company programs and initiatives are delivered with excellence at the district level 

    • Lead and drive organization values through quality of service, relationships and teamwork 

    • Champion change through the “Heart, Head and Hands” methodology 

Establishes the following in all endeavors: Clarity of Understanding, Cadence of Accountability and controlling the controllable

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of Sales management experience required

  • Experience in construction related projects / project management

  • Experience in consultative design sales process 

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Management related subject 

Master’s Degree preferred

Alternatively, military ranking of O5
