A day in the life.
As a Technical Project Manager Assistant on Marsh McLennan Agency’s (MMA) National Technology team, you will engage in a variety of dynamic tasks that keep our fast-paced teams on track. Your day will involve coordinating and attending meetings, preparing agendas, and taking detailed notes to capture key discussions and action items. You will also monitor deliverable timelines, follow up on tasks, and provide regular updates to ensure effective progress.
Flexibility will be essential as you adapt to changing priorities and respond to urgent requests, while your curiosity drives you to ask question and proactively seek innovative solutions to challenges. Throughout the day, you will foster effective communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed. Your dependability will be a cornerstone of your role, contributing to the overall success of our technical teams. Each day will present new challenges and opportunities, making your role both exciting and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Management team by coordinating tasks, managing small projects, and ensuring timely and effective follow up.
Develop compelling narratives and visually engaging PowerPoint decks that effectively communicate ideas and information.
Maintain and organize documentation, including technical specifications, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to the Management team and appropriate stakeholders.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to synthesize information, insights, and recommendations into a compelling story.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
A proactive and flexible mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a technical environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and dependability.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $72,700 to $127,300.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
