Summary of Position

The Identity and Access Management Engineer II is responsible for implementing and maintaining IAM solutions, designing access controls, and managing user identities. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure access and compliance with industry best practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Implement IAM solutions manage user identities, access controls, and entitlements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into IAM design specifications.
Maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
Implement solutions to automate user onboarding and offboarding
Implement solutions for privileged access management
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, working closely with the Global Support Desk and other relevant stakeholders
Develop documentation to support ongoing IAM, privileged access management, IGA systems operations and maintenance
Respond to periodic access review requests and audits to ensure adherence to IAM policies and identify any security vulnerabilities.
Stay up to date with the latest IAM technologies, trends, and industry standards, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate IAM solutions with other systems and applications.
Participate in incident response activities related to IAM and contribute to root cause analysis and remediation efforts.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Qualifications Expected for Position

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2+ years of experience as an Identity Access Management Engineer.
Prior experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory.
Proficiency in designing and implementing IAM solutions.
Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation and integration purposes.
Experience and/or knowledge of Cloud computing best practices as it relates to IAM security.
Experience working with Agile software development teams and Agile development tools such as JIRA, Confluence
Experience working with geographically distributed and remote teams
