Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for its next Strategy & Business Insights Analysis Intern for 6 months from July to December 2025. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

The Group Marketing Department at Pernod Ricard's International Headquarters (Paris) is responsible for developing and deploying strategic marketing and sales solutions for the Group, in collaboration with all subsidiaries. Within this department, the "Strategy & Insights" team is more specifically in charge of the global strategy of the brand portfolio, as well as monitoring consumer and competitive trends.

Within the S&I team, you will be part of the Global Business Insights & Strategic Planning teams responsible for:

  • Monitoring the main market and competitive trends (Business Intelligence)
  • Animating the execution of the Group Strategic Roadmap (Global Strategic Planning)

Your key missions:

  • Business Insights - Quantitative analysis of Market Data: Developing quantitative analysis of the wine & spirits market, players, categories, consumption markets, brands etc… These analyses, leveraged by the entire Group, are the basis to strategic recommendations for Top Management.
  • Competitive Intelligence - Tracking industry trends and competitor activities and strategy: Regular monitoring of competition and emerging industry trends, development of summary notes to drive strategic and business calls. Follow up of these topics and animation of the internal social network.
  • Ad-Hoc Business casing: enlighten decision taking through on demand case studies on business challenges/ opportunities working closely with the HQ’s Business Insights, Consumer Insights and Demand Censing teams
  • Improved tracking tools: performance & status follow-up monitoring on the group’s strategic battlegrounds and current plan follow-up

If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply! 

  • You are a final year student in top Business or Engineer Schools or Universities equivalent.
  • You have a previous experience in strategy, business analytics, consulting, category management, or market data providers
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are rigorous, detail-oriented, proactive, with strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • You have an advanced level in MS Office Pack, and previous experience leveraging large databases to generate insights, retail scan (sell out) panel data, and economic KPIs
  • You are teamwork oriented and service-minded, able to work on multiple projects at the same time, interested in working in an international environment.

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
