Responsibilities / Position overview:We are seeking an experienced compensation and benefits professional to join our collaborative global HR team and share in our primary goal - attract and retain top talent globally. As our Global Total Rewards Director you will oversee the global total rewards function, and evolve the compensation and benefits plans for 1200+ employees throughout the US, UK, Europe, and Asia.
This role is a mix of tactical leadership and hands-on contribution, and involves balancing strategic planning with practical and scalable everyday execution.

To be successful in this role you must have in-depth experience building out a total rewards program with strong expertise in analytics, operations, and integrating acquisition company compensation and benefit plans, and possess the ability to influence and build a strong partnership with Executive leadership.
