Location: Tustin, CA- On-site.
Pay: $22/hr.
Hours: 7:30AM to 8AM start.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The IT Asset Management Specialist’s role is to support and empower staff with IT equipment to execute the organizational mission securely and with ease via supported business applications and technology. This person will identify, research, and resolve policy issues, complete equipment installations, configurations, and upgrades as well as work on problem identification and resolution of hardware, ticketing issues.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds (Computer Equipment Boxes containing (Laptop, Mini Desktop, PC Monitors, Docking Stations, IP Phones))
• Monitor Incoming Ticket Request for IT Assets (IT Equipment’s and peripherals)
• Assist Helpdesk team members with PC configurations (such as connecting remote IT techs into the laptops/desktops so Helpdesk techs can configure PCs
• Receive New IT Equipment (laptops, mini-Desktops, PC Monitors, Docking Stations, bubble wrap, shipping boxes, packaging tape, peripherals ((keyboard, mice, USB dongles, Video Cables,
• Asset Tag New IT Equipment and record Asset Tag + Serial number in our IT Asset Management Tracking application
• Imaging laptop and Desktop, Shipping Replacement IT Equipment to Existing employees for break fix & upgrades
• Receive Used IT Equipment Returns, Unbox, Clean, Process Return and update records IT Tracking System
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• A basic knowledge of operating systems, software, and hardware as well as a willingness to constantly learn new technical information.
• Excellent communication skills: This position will require you to convey information to team members, members of the organization, and other stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to details
• Strong understanding of principles, practices, and techniques in the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software
• Ability to work independently without close oversight, but also a team player who will productively engage with others at varying levels of seniority within and outside the organization.

WORK CONDITIONS:
• Pleasant workspace setting, comfortable temperature
• Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read technical information. Overall mobility is essential.
• Requires computer usage and sitting and standing lifting for extended periods of time.
• Extended or irregular work hours will be required during project launches and expansions.
