The Strategic Growth Department of one of the fastest-growing accounting firms in the country is seeking a Market Growth Lead who is motivated to learn, excited to collaborate and passionate about delivering outstanding results. This individual will have a direct impact on our firm’s mission of serving as a catalyst for those striving to achieve their highest potential.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies for specific market segments, designing and executing targeted lead generation campaigns, and conducting market research and competitive analysis. Additionally, the role requires providing insights on market trends and customer needs, collaborating with business development teams on lead handoff, follow-up, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities, and contributing to digital strategy and innovation initiatives for assigned sectors.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and implement growth strategies for assigned market segments
Design and execute targeted lead generation campaigns
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Provide insights on market trends and customer needs
Collaborate with business development teams on lead handoff and follow-up
Collaborate with business development teams on cross-sells and up-sells
Contribute to digital strategy and innovation initiatives for assigned sectors

What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Your Qualifications:

7+ years in B2B marketing, with focus on market growth and lead generation
Experience in professional services or financial services industry preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred

The stated pay scale reflects the range that Anders reasonably expects to pay for this position.  The actual pay rate for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and firm business practices.

Salary Range

$87,000—$96,000 USD
