Job description

We are looking a Head of Sales with a strategic mindset and proven results to lead growth efforts in the U.S. market. This professional will be responsible for designing strategies from scratch, managing key relationships, and building high-performing sales teams while representing the company at high-impact events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement growth strategies to capture new business opportunities and increase market share in the B2B U.S. market.
  • Manage relationships with key clients, both current and potential, maximizing account value.
  • Identify new business opportunities based on market trends and data analysis.
  • Build and lead sales and growth teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Represent the company at networking events and conferences, strengthening brand presence.
  • Analyze sales metrics to optimize strategies and maximize results.

Essential Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, and growth strategies in the U.S. market.
  • Proven track record of successful execution of commercial strategies.
  • Experience attending networking events and conferences.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
  • Availability to travel within the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the technology or services sector in the U.S. market.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and team leadership.

Conditions:

  • Remote work 
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
