Job description

Are you someone who thrives on keeping things organized, ensuring deadlines are met, and making projects run like a well-oiled machine? At Engaged, our Project Manager plays a central role in ensuring every project is a success—from kick-off to completion.

Here’s what your day-to-day would look like:

  • Collaborating with experts: Work closely with our internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to create project plans that balance our client’s needs with our team’s capacity.
  • Staying on top of it all: You’ll leverage project management tools and your excellent communication skills to stay in the loop and keep everyone else there too. You’ll always know what’s happening with all our projects.
  • Building bridges: Partner with our HR, Talent, Learning and Operations teams to streamline workflows and make communication seamless.
  • Keeping projects on track: You’ll establish and manage timelines, flag potential risks, and ensure everything gets delivered on time, every time.
  • Driving improvement: You’ll help the team work smarter by identifying ways to boost efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Creating better systems: Develop new processes and templates that set us up for even more success in future projects.
  • Being the go-to person: You’ll serve as the information hub for our projects, keeping everyone updated and informed.
  • Managing risks like a pro: Identify challenges early and come up with solutions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Allocating resources: Work closely with leadership to plan resources and forecast project timelines.
  • Contributing to growth: Help enhance the Statements of Work (SOW) we deliver to our clients, adding even more value to what we offer.

What You’ll Bring to the Engaged Team:

  • A minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably with services-based projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • A problem-solving mindset paired with a collaborative approach.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Bonus points if you have your PMP certification!
  • Location: You are located on Vancouver Island or in the lower mainland of BC.
