Job description

Title: SuccessFactors (SF) Technical Consultant
Location: Remote (PST / CST)
Duration: 6 months to start
Part-time: 30 hours per week

**W-2 or 1099 I/C only**
  • SuccessFactors Implementation & Support: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Acquisition), ensuring alignment with HR business processes and objectives.
  • HR Process Optimization: Collaborate with HR and Recruiting teams to analyze workflows, optimize processes, and integrate SuccessFactors capabilities to improve efficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition.
  • Technical Configuration & Customization: Configure SuccessFactors systems to meet client requirements, including workflows, data models, and user roles. Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and implement new features.
  • Integration Development: Design and implement integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll, ATS) using tools like SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or similar middleware technologies.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build advanced dashboards, workflows, and custom reports in SuccessFactors to enable HR teams to track and analyze key performance metrics for recruiting and talent management.
  • End-User Training & Documentation: Provide training, support, and technical documentation to HR teams and end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of SuccessFactors modules.
