Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Professional

Position: Part-Time Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Professional (Contractor)
Location: Remote

Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management:
    • Oversee Smash’s presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, focusing on driving engagement and building our community.
    • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for small to mid-sized companies in the tech and staffing industries.
    • Build a monthly strategy for social media and content creation, to be presented to Smash for approval before execution.
  • Creative Content Creation:
    • Produce high-quality, engaging content, including videos, reels, posts, and graphics, aligned with Smash’s brand and mission.
    • Brainstorm and implement innovative campaigns to connect with our audience and effectively promote our services.
  • Analytics & Optimization:
    • Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and deliver actionable insights to refine content and improve campaign performance.
    • Provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and growth to measure success.
  • Industry Knowledge (Preferred, Not Required):
    • Leverage knowledge of the staffing and tech recruiting industries to create targeted, impactful messaging.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the Smash team to align marketing efforts with business goals and talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing social media for small to mid-sized companies.
  • Strong creative skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging videos, reels, and posts.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting social media metrics across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the staffing or tech recruiting industry is a plus.
  • A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to work independently.
