We invite a Senior DevOps to join the VeliX team!

VeliX is a team within VeliTech blending art and technology into a digital wonderland for iGaming companies. We're a group of designers, developers, and analysts passionate about leveraging tech and design to enhance both the operational aspects of iGaming companies and the end-user experience.

The work of the VeliX team centres around a few core areas:

Branding Development: Collaborating to build compelling brands that resonate with users, making each gaming experience memorable
Intuitive Design: Creating interfaces and experiences that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also straightforward and enjoyable for users, making navigation and gameplay intuitive

In this role you will:

Work directly with the Development team and product managers
Design and implement build, deployment, and configuration management
Evaluate and test implemented designs
Build and test automation tools for infrastructure provisioning
Handle code deployments in all environments
Monitor metrics and develop ways to improve
Provide technical guidance and educate team members and co-workers on development and operations
Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improvement development delivery
Build, maintain, and monitor configuration standards
Manage CI and CD tools with team
Document and design various processes; update existing processes
Improve infrastructure development and application development
DDOS protection
Infrastructure cost optimization
Develop and optimize platform observability processes and tools

Skills and experience you will need:

great Experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC)
deep Linux OS knowledge
great experience with Kubernetes
experience with Infrastructure as code (Terraform.)
scripting skills with either of Bash, GO, Python;
understanding of SDLC;
experience with monitoring tools (prometheus) and loggin (ELK/EFK stack)
Version Control: GIT ( branching, pull/push, rebase/merge conflicts )
Great skills with CI/CD tools ( ArgoCD, gitlabCI)
Comprehensive knowledge of DDoS protection strategies and technologies
Advanced skills in Cloudflare DDoS protection through Workers, WAF, and additional capabilities
