Work Conditions

Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps (constant).
PHP 100.000 to PHP 160.000 per month.
3:30 PM to 12:30 AM Philippines Time, Monday to Friday (Aligned with UK time).
Resting during PH Holidays.

About the Role

The system Analyst will be reporting to our Head of Improvement based on the UK team. This role is focused on a variety of Epicor improvement projects, primarily on Kinetic configuration. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical background, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to enhancing our current systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize Epicor systems, with a primary focus on Kinetic configuration to improve functionality and performance.
Identify inefficiencies in existing systems and implement data-driven solutions to enhance processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective implementation of system changes.
Enhance business operations by aligning Epicor systems with evolving business requirements.
Leverage Epicor Kinetic expertise to troubleshoot issues and recommend system upgrades.
Proactively drive continuous improvements to align systems with business needs and industry best practices.

Experience & Software

Extensive knowledge of Epicor functionalities and hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic is essential.
Ability to assess complex issues and provide efficient, data-driven solutions.
A team-oriented mindset to ensure seamless integration and improvement of systems.
Strong communication skills in English.
