We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team to help build upon our already expansive marketing strategy. This is an opportunity to build upon our high-growth go-to-market strategy and help bring a revolutionary product to new audiences.

We’re looking for a transformational hands-on player who is ready to help Mosaic tackle a new stage of growth in 2025. This role will report directly to Mosaic’s Head of Marketing and offers a unique opportunity to work on the projects that interest you most. 

What You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Design, develop, and coordinate our marketing team's campaign strategy including bringing projects like ebooks, guides, and other downloadables to life.
  • Project manage the promotional strategy for all go-to-market campaigns and determine the best way to market our assets.
  • Execute organic, paid, and email programs to bring new content and thought leadership to our customers' channels.
  • Develop and execute effective lifecycle marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
  • Develop marketing partnerships with other thought leaders and influencers in the space and drive outcomes by owning external marketing partner relationships.
  • Work with GTM stakeholders to analyze and report on our campaign performance and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive outcomes

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a digital marketing role.
  • Experience with HubSpot and other marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (like WordPress) and social media platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
  • A basic understanding of financial concepts and terminology is a plus.
