This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automation Developer to design, implement, and maintain automation solutions that enable our clients to streamline their operations. This role requires the ability to analyze abstract client challenges and transform them into actionable workflows utilizing tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, Make.com, and APIs.

Develop, implement, and optimize automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Integrate multiple Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, including HubSpot and other systems.
Manage and execute large-scale data migrations with accuracy and security.
Design, configure, and maintain custom APIs and webhooks to support automation needs.
Analyze and resolve complex client automation requirements promptly and effectively.
Document processes, workflows, and project outcomes to ensure scalability and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate and manage multiple automation projects in a dynamic, multi-client environment.

At least 2–5 years of professional experience in automation, integrations, or a similar field.
Demonstrated expertise in integrating CRMs and developing automation workflows.
Proficient in using automation tools, including Zapier, Make.com, and HubSpot.
Strong knowledge of API integrations, webhooks, and data migration processes.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
