PL Data Analyst

We are looking for a skilled PL Data Analyst to analyze data, generate insights, and support decision-making across the organization. The role involves creating reports, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy while working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Metabase, Power BI, similar platforms.

Support data-related projects by gathering requirements and delivering accurate, timely results.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data strategies and solutions.

Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with governance standards.

Document processes and provide recommendations to improve data workflows and reporting.

Preferred Skills and Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Spreadsheets; familiarity with Python.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Metabase and Hubspot
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
