Overview:

The Sr. Solutions Consultant is a pivotal individual contributor role focused on delivering innovative, client-centered solutions to support business growth and enhance client satisfaction. This role combines strategic problem-solving, deep market research expertise, and operational excellence to address client needs effectively. As a key contributor, the Sr. Solutions Consultant plays a vital role in advancing the company’s market position through expert guidance and tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Research Expertise and Strategy

  • Leverage extensive product and market research expertise to design and scope tailored research projects and comprehensive research solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align services with company objectives.
  • Train and coach Enterprise Sales Directors (ESDs) and Account Directors (ADs) in discovery, insights delivery, and solution presentation.

Prospect Engagement and Solutions Delivery – New Business

  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the pre-sales process, providing both functional and technical insights into market research solutions, including quantitative and qualitative methodologies, use cases, and product integrations.
  • Oversee the design of technology-based community partnerships and ad hoc market research projects.
  • Support pre-sales activities such as platform demonstrations and partnership planning.
  • Support the sales and account teams by addressing customer inquiries related to project feasibility, collaborating with internal teams, and providing strategic recommendations to clients.

Client Engagement and Solutions Delivery – Expansion

  • Act as a trusted advisor for high-value client expansion opportunities.
  • Design advanced research flows and partnership plans tailored to client needs.

Operational Excellence

  • Implement frameworks and strategies to enhance sales and customer experience.
  • Optimize processes for pre-sales activities, including demos and solutions.
  • Monitor and refine sales motions to improve productivity and win rates.
  • Collaborate with the product team to integrate client feedback into platform development.

Thought Leadership

  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Create and deliver thought leadership content that highlights innovative solutions.
  • Advocate for AI solutions and provide feedback to product teams on client use cases.

What you'll bring:

Educational Qualifications

Professional Experience

This position pays between $120,000 - $140,000 base salary + bonus. Your final base salary will be determined based on location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.

If you are located within a 25-mile radius of our LA or NY HQs, you will be considered a hybrid associate and will be required to be in the office 3 days/week.
