Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workfront Administrator and Fusion Developer to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring seamless project management operations by administering and customizing the Workfront platform, developing integrations, and driving process improvements through automation. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a keen understanding of business processes to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.

Your Responsibilities

System Management:

Configure, maintain, and administer the Workfront platform to support business needs.
Ensure system performance, reliability, and availability.

Customization:

Customize Workfront to align with organizational processes and specific business requirements.
Implement custom forms, workflows, and templates to enhance user experience.

User Support:

Provide support and training to Workfront users, enabling effective platform utilization.
Address user queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure user satisfaction.

Integration Development:

Create and maintain integrations between Workfront and other platforms using Workfront Fusion.
Build and optimize API calls to facilitate seamless communication between systems.

Automation:

Analyze existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
Develop and implement automated solutions to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.

Scenario Design:

Design and implement Fusion scenarios that align with business requirements and enhance system interoperability.

Testing and Troubleshooting:

Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure functionality and reliability.
Troubleshoot issues promptly, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.

Reporting:

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into project performance and system usage.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices.
Implement continuous improvements to workflows and system configurations.

Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Fusion scenarios, integrations, and platform customizations.

Training:

Provide training sessions and resources to empower users in effectively utilizing Fusion integrations and Workfront features.

Our Requirements

Experience:

Proven experience in project management, Workfront administration, and integration development.
Hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion and creating custom API calls.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of Workfront’s capabilities, customization options, and administration.
Proficiency with REST APIs and building robust system integrations.

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical challenges.

Project Management:

Experience managing projects and working with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure successful delivery of integration projects
