Overview:

As a Product Marketing Team Lead, you will drive the strategic direction of our product marketing initiatives. Your leadership will shape brand and content strategies, align product marketing efforts with business goals, and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across channels.

What We Are Looking For

We need a visionary leader with expertise in content creation, market analysis, and team management. You will guide cross-functional collaboration, leverage customer insights, and oversee high-quality marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, product adoption, and customer engagement.

This role is 100% remote in Colombia

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the product marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee content creation efforts, delivering compelling and effective materials for diverse audiences.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations teams to craft messaging that highlights the value of our solutions.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of products.
  • Manage and mentor a team of content creators, strategists, and marketers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Create and distribute content types including blog posts, social media, videos, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Partner with the Design team to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Collaborate in multi-channel marketing strategies tailored to B2B or B2C audiences as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in content strategy development and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and refine strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and content management systems.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
