Systems Administrator I

Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Systems Administrator I to provide operational support for enterprise systems and assist in maintaining their performance and reliability.

What We Are Looking For As a Systems Administrator I, you will be responsible for basic system configurations, user support, and assisting in routine maintenance tasks to ensure smooth system operations.

• Perform system configuration and updates under supervision.
• Provide first-level support for system-related issues.
• Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Document configurations, processes, and system updates.

• 0–2 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Twilio, Jira, or similar systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish.
