Job description

Our Role:
We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and deliver on the strategy and roadmap of our iOS and Android native applications. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver platform-specific solutions that drive growth, aligning with our core product offerings. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure the native app experience is seamless, robust, and consistent with our web application’s features, while also tailoring functionality to leverage native capabilities.

What You’ll Do:

You will need to collaborate with the core product team to ensure the successful implementation of features within native apps, tailoring solutions to native platform’s  strengths and constraints. Partnering with native developers, designers and QA teams to deliver high-quality UX across iOS and Android.

Leading mobile growth, identifying areas of opportunity around acquisition, engagement, retention and conversion through platform-specific opportunities. Utilising data to measure success and drive iteration or scaling decisions.  Maintaining an understanding of Android and iOS capabilities, leveraging unique platform features to enhance UX. Along with conducting user research, ensuring features meet user needs and complement web-based functionality.

Skills We Value:

  • Proven experience in a product ownership or management role, preferably within mobile app development environments  stakeholder expectations, clarifying native specific needs, and confidently advocating for them.

  • Familiarity with native mobile technologies and frameworks (e.g., Swift, Kotlin, Flutter), working with APIs and integrating backend solutions.

  • A strong understanding of platform-specific guidelines, such as the Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design.

  • Adept at adapting web-focused growth strategies to native applications, including app store optimisation and push notification personalisation. Along with accessibility and performance improvements within native apps.

  • Familiarity with mobile app analytics tools and the ability to utilise this data  (e.g.,Heap,  Firebase, Google Analytics).

  • Experience with SaaS or subscription based products, managing complex stakeholder relationships and partnering with leadership. Whilst maintaining and fostering collaboration between engineering and design teams.
