Job description

YOUR TASK SCOPE:

Inhouse Consultant Process Management Customer Services & Support (approx. 50%)

  • Creation and development of project management best practices and templates based on “lessons learned” from customer projects.
  • Continuous optimization of cross-departmental processes and documentation in our BPMN tool.
  • Taking on key-user Responsibilities for Salesforce (CRM) and Certinia (PSA), e.g., analysis and prioritization of new requirements, creating reports.
  • Development and Moderation of internal software and process training (e.g., for onboarding).

Project Management (approx. 50%)

  • Operational planning, coordination and execution of implementation projects for our enterprise clients, in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Realization of the customer’s expected benefits together with the project team.

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Successfully completed Bachelor's/Master's degree (e.g., (Business) Informatics, Natural Sciences, Business Administration) or a comparable degree.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in process and/or project management, ideally in the software or consulting sector.
  • Regular assignments with our clients—both on-site and remote.
  • Experience in multi-project management and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Conceptual thinking, hands-on mentality, and quick comprehension.
  • Strong communication skills, at all hierarchical levels and adeptness in rapport-building.
  • Excellent German and English skills.
