CodePath is at an inflection point as we launch our 5-year strategic plan to scale our organization in its next phase of exponential growth, increasing our impact from 10,000 students served annually to 100,000 students by 2028. You will be a strategic and analytical thinker, confident working through ambiguity and bringing solutions to the problem-solving table. As a self-driven learner, you’re confident and proactive in picking up new technologies, and eager to ensure that the team fully optimizes its tools, systems, and processes.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and build both institutional and major gifts fundraising expertise while driving exponential growth at one of the nation’s most ambitious and high-performing nonprofits.

  • Work closely with fundraising team members to ensure that training resources and SOP (standard operating procedures) documentation is up-to-date and fully supports the team in driving fundraising excellence

  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure regular reconciliation and alignment between CRM and financial data

  • Maintain foundation, corporation and individual donor files, collaborating closely with our team’s executive assistant to ensure that all documentation is uploaded and updated in the appropriate share drive and CRM locations

  • As fundamental components of gift processing and donor stewardship, carefully review grant agreements for signature, drive the timely acknowledgement of donations, oversee and support the proper filing and updating of all documentation, and ensure data is recorded in HubSpot to position the team for outstanding stewardship
