Job description

Jacuzzi Group is a leading manufacturer of hot tubs, swim spas, baths, showers, saunas, and pool equipment. With our headquarters in California and operations all over the world, Jacuzzi Group has been providing innovative wellness solutions for over 65 years. We are seeking a remote Consumer Service Representative to join our Jacuzzi Luxury Bath team.

The Consumer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers (Consumers), addressing any issues and responding to their inquiries. This position is responsible for understanding the warranty policies, helping customers navigate the warranty process, and providing solutions to enhance their experience. This individual will engage with customers through the chat feature on our website as well as managing high volumes of phone calls.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a world class customer service experience to our consumers.
  • Assess customer inquiries and issues related to general inquiries, parts/product and warranty.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure that customer issues are addressed promptly and resolved effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding warranty eligibility, coverage, and claim status
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of calls
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to gather necessary information for complex claims
  • Assist customers with follow-up inquiries and ensure that all concerns are fully addressed
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor while handling customer interactions

Compensation is based on experience $19+

Requirements

    • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing, warranty or claims environment
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
    • Ability to resolve customer issues effectively
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
    • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Willing and able to work in a remote capacity
