We are looking for someone to join our Marketing team who not only is able to manage design & copy free-lancers and is interested in technology and AI.  This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining people management, creativity, A/B testing, and process structuring. This is a part-time position that will report to the Marketing Leader.

The responsabilities of this position includes:

●      Manage remote free-lance copy and designers

●      Generate and propose many texts and creatives for A/B tests

●      Generate texts and creatives in different languages (starting with Portuguese and Spanish)

●      Structure processes such that we can produce quality content at scale for blogs, linkedin and social media

●      Increase organic traffic

Requirements

●      Live in Greater São Paulo Region

●      Proven experience as content manager of free-lancers

●      Proven creativity (examples of past experiences)

●      Proven experience increasing linkedin/social media engagement

●      Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic and changing environments.

●      Strong passion for technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence.

●      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

●      Mobility to travel one week per month

●      Spanish speaking desirable
