Who You Are

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Enablement/Marketing Manager to join our team. You’re a proactive marketer with a passion for the AdTech industry, a deep understanding of Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and contextual advertising, and a proven ability to bridge the gap between marketing and sales.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of driving sales effectiveness and marketing impact, creating strategies that fuel success across the sales funnel. From crafting compelling content to executing high-impact campaigns, you’ll take ownership of initiatives that empower our sales team with the tools, knowledge, and insights they need to excel.

What You Will Do

  • Craft Compelling Sales Collateral: Develop and maintain a suite of sales materials, including pitch decks, brochures, case studies, and product sheets. Ensure all collateral is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with our brand voice

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product and marketing teams to design targeted messaging and tailor content to support every stage of the sales funnel

  • Create Engaging Content: Drive the development of high-value content, such as blog posts, social media updates, webinars, and email campaigns, that resonates with our audience and drives engagement

  • Lead Event Strategy and Execution: Manage end-to-end event planning, from strategic selection to seamless execution, ensuring events drive measurable business growth

  • Ensure Team Alignment: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a unified approach to goals, strategies, and messaging

  • Turn Success into Stories: Identify standout campaigns, develop impactful case studies, and share insights to inspire future efforts

  • Analyze and Report Performance: Deliver regular, data-driven reports to senior management, showcasing key sales and marketing performance metrics and actionable insights
