👉 Required Background & Competencies:

— 2+ years of commercial experience as an IT Project Manager;
— Proven track record in outsourcing companies;
— Hands-on experience with Start-up projects (teams of 10+ people);
— Experience in delivering software products in the US or EU markets;
— Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile principles;
— Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);
— Superior project and team management skills;
— Strong communication and relationship management skills;
— Budget management experience;
— Strong Risk management skills;
— Experience in hiring people and onboarding people;
— Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills;
— Upper-intermediate+ level of English.

— Net Promoter Score;
— Employee Satisfaction rate;
— Turnover rate;
— Revenue and Cost forecast;
— GPM.

🚀 We expect you to perform such Responsibilities:

— Being fully responsible for delivering quality and service level measurement, the financial performance of 1-2 projects;
— Manage the scope, timelines, and budget of the project;
— Manage Stakeholders’ expectations; Manage changes;
— Be involved in the day-to-day release and production activities;
— Establish and execute clear communications across all team members and stakeholders;
— Ensure that the Scrum teams work within Scrum theory, practices, and rules;
— Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed;
— Consistently deliver high-quality customer service;
— Manage project documentation & maintain related knowledge base;
— Remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress;
— Coach teams in self-organization and cross-functionality;
— Conduct performance evaluation of project team members, and provide employee performance feedback to department heads;
— Team staffing, hiring, attrition control.
