We are seeking a skilled Senior Vue.js/Java Full Stack Developer with experience in both front-end and back-end technologies, focusing on optimizing performance, designing reusable objects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Position Title: Senior Vue.js/Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Remote - Colombia

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both front-end and back-end technologies, with a solid understanding of client-server architectures and high-performance system development. You will work on various projects, including designing reusable objects, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Your responsibilities include:

Develop high-quality, reusable code and systems using technologies such as Scala, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, JSON, and MySQL.
Design and maintain scalable, high-performance front-end applications using Vue.js.
Work with relational databases and manage database systems, ensuring efficient data handling and performance.
Contribute to system architecture design and understand how it impacts user experience and application performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while ensuring seamless integration across front-end and back-end systems.
Lead and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and enthusiasm for project success.
Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues as they arise.
Strong focus on ensuring excellent customer service and project delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

4-6 of strong knowledge of programming languages: Scala, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, JSON, and MySQL.
Expertise in Vue.js and other front-end frameworks.
Solid understanding of client-server architectures and high-performance systems.
Experience with multiple relational database management systems (RDBMS).
Ability to think beyond code, considering architecture and user experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and collaboration skills.
Availability to work on-call and provide after-hours support.
