Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager will design and execute marketing strategies to attract leads, engage clients, and grow the firms brand. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will excel in campaign management, content creation, and client engagement, while maintaining alignment with the firms goals and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to attract leads and grow the business, focusing on individuals needing estate planning services.
  • Run and prepare reports for marketing meetings to track progress and identify opportunities.


Content Creation & Management:

  • Create engaging social media content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and potentially TikTok.
  • Write newsletters and educational emails to attract and retain clients.
  • Design downloadable materials like guides to capture leads.
  • Adjust ad copy for optimal engagement and performance.


Campaign Management:

  • Run LinkedIn, Nextdoor, Quora, and Google campaigns; track results and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Set up and manage email campaigns to follow up with potential and existing clients.
  • Explore new ad channels and work with vendors to identify additional marketing opportunities.


Webinars & Lead Generation:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop materials for in-person events.
  • Implement systems to follow up with event attendees and convert them into clients.

Market Research & Analytics:

  • Research estate planning trends and opportunities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements.


Client Engagement & CRM Management:

  • Create educational materials to build trust and explain estate planning concepts.
  • Manage the CRM to ensure drip campaigns and weekly emails are sent accurately and on time.


Team Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work with attorneys to align marketing efforts with the firms goals.
  • Create and manage systems to track leads, conversions, and client journeys.
  • Develop reports and tags to track ROI.


Brand Management:

  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns reflect the firms brand voice and tone.


Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

  • Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • Strong writing and communication skills for newsletters, emails, and educational content.
  • Experience managing digital ad campaigns and analyzing results.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with additional ad channels or advanced CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with TikTok or other emerging platforms for marketing purposes.
