Job Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects. Your role will involve coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects within scope, time, and budget.

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and manage project progress, addressing risks and challenges proactively.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Schedule and lead project meetings, update stakeholders on project status, and follow up on action items.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to support project success.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure accountability within the team.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Create and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Track expenses and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed project reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement lessons learned.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure all project activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting notes.



Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing projects or coordinating teams for 2-3 years.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).

Personal Attributes:

  • Proactive and results-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Language (Optional):

  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
