About the Role
As the Senior Growth Engagement Manager, you play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to achieve Wealthsimple Cash's ambitious growth targets. This role suits an autonomous individual who excels at solving complex, ambiguous problems. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, data, and marketing teams while managing lifecycle marketers. Leveraging owned channels and working with the acquisition team, you'll drive growth across the funnel. Reporting to the Director of Growth Engagement and Lifecycle Marketing, you'll significantly impact Wealthsimple Cash's expansion.
Responsibilities:Develop and execute a growth roadmap to reach 2025 targets, using owned channels, incentives, product initiatives, and paid acquisition.Analyze funnels, run A/B tests, and measure channel and campaign impact to refine strategies and influence the product roadmap.Foster cross-functional collaborations to drive cohesive growth initiatives.Lead and mentor a small team of lifecycle marketers, aligning efforts with growth objectives.What You Bring: Bias for action: A proactive self-starter who executes swiftly, makes logical decisions with limited information, and drives projects forward with urgency.
