We are currently seeking a Remote Integration Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the product and integration team on customer EHR Integration initiatives. This role also serves as the primary PaceMate point of contact and subject matter expert for assigned EHR projects and is responsible for meeting customer needs and company objectives in the EHR rollout process, leading the deployment of HL7®FHIR® API standard implementations with active EHR integrations across several simultaneous customer projects. The Integration Analyst will work as an interface lead on some projects including design consultation for project scope definition and testing/troubleshooting with client stakeholders. The Integration Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with team members to ensure a successful project installation and continually enhance processes and workflows to improve business operations, client experience, and delivery of integration offerings. The Integration Analyst may also be responsible for functioning as a testing coordinator in a leading role or support position based per EHR project implementation; this requires the Integration Analyst to serve understand the basics of the PaceMate LIVE application, workflow as a non-production user, and the variances associated with each EHR integration offering.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Serves as a technical integration analyst during sales calls as needed by answering technical questions related to integration and PaceMate functionality while exhibiting the ability to communicate the subjects in laymen terms.
  • Support and lead in partnership with appropriate technical team members active EHR integration projects
  • Develop detailed implementation roadmaps in conjunction with the Integration (Technical) Project Manager using input from clients, product development, and PaceMate integration and commercial or Customer Success resources
  • Provide FHIR and HL7v2 knowledge and expertise as a consulting service to our clients and internal technical project team
  • Contribute to continued QA of EHR connections, supporting both business and IT teams in effective communication of issues and solutions
  • Maintain appropriate levels of current knowledge and the ability to interpret, comprehend and apply policies related to EHR Integration
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with other PaceMate team members included in the client implementation of product
  • Lead testing and troubleshooting communications including webinar sessions with active EHR integration projects while utilizing resources both internally and externally
  • Serve as the technical build expert between major EHRs and PaceMate product
  • Create and QA client specific HL7 documentation for results and charges
  • Works within the PaceMate integration and development tools and systems necessary to perform job function 
  • Functions as a testing coordinator in a leading role or support position based on EHR project implementation; this requires the Integration Analyst to serve understand the basics of the PaceMate LIVE application, workflow as a non-production user, and the variances associated with each EHR integration offering.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE: 
  • Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Education, Technical, Business/Administration, MBA, Information Technology, Management, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two or more years of experience with HL7 v2 interfaces including implementation and support roles. Demonstrated experience with one or more EHR partners including Epic (Preferred), Athena and/or Cerner.
  • Experience implementing or developing with interoperability technologies, such as HL7, FHIR, Postman, etc.
  • Basic understanding of HL7 standards and SQL. Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with a history of past professional success.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, communicate to C suite, and thrive in a self-starting culture.
LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION:
PMP, CMP, CAPM, ACP, BVOP, PMI, CISSP, ITIL, HRP, IPMA, CAHIMS, S/4HANA, PM, PMI-ACP, or similar area of specialty a plus.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Position is primarily a remote-based role however travel may be expected on a pre-planned basis as determined by the manager / leadership team.  Travel is estimated to be less than 20%. Travel

Examples of required travel may include, but are not limited to:

1) new hire or team training (estimated 2-3 business days in person meetings outside of travel time) during onboarding
2) PaceMate in person team meetings (estimated annually or twice annually)
3) Sales meeting for an onsite sales client visit (typically 1 business day for meeting plus travel time)
4) Industry conference meetings, such as HRS or EHR-vendor conference sessions (length based on conference session)
