Description

As a Regional Performance Manager (RPM) you will be tasked with managing and strengthening Foundation Direct’s partnership with existing clients to ensure that our partners achieve their campaign goals and best utilize the technology to drive results. Through routine check-ins and performance reviews, you will be tasked with uncovering the needs of each Dealership and will help Dealers understand the value their media is driving to measurable business outcomes.


Additionally, you will interpret this data to provide clients with actionable insights they can review/implement at the Dealership to drive value beyond marketing (e.g., website or lead handling improvements, vehicle allocation).


This is a full-time, salaried, remote field position. Candidates must reside in the Continental U.S. with proximity to major metro airport (25-30% travel within the region and nationally, as needed).


Responsibilities

  • Ensure client needs are met with white glove service while maintaining a solid relationship
  • Communicate regularly with clients to maintain a pulse on strategic business priorities and make any necessary adjustments to their digital strategies
  • Partner with Onboarding Specialist to ensure clients have a smooth transition from prior agency to Foundation Direct
  • Partner with Account Technician to audit and analyze digital accounts to ensure adherence to best practices and month-on-month performance to 1) ensure best practices are being leveraged in digital accounts, 2) compare performance to benchmarks, and 3) perform basic optimizations to ensure customer success
  • Maintain constant communication with internal teams on account status and current work-in-progress deliverables
  • Timely development and execution of deliverables that meet Clients’ objectives for new, used and service departments
  • Proactively manage relationships with key dealership contacts and seek opportunities to strengthen and build new relationships
  • Know clients’ markets, goals, and present on a weekly, biweekly, and/or monthly basis
  • Provide strategic guidance to Clients; anticipate and address Client needs and challenges
  • Shares responsibility for Client retention by working with the VP of Client Experience to maintain client relationships, proactively identifying client risks or opportunities, and partnering with Account Technicians to effectively respond to client needs
  • In addition, the RPM will ensure that product changes, new features and releases are communicated and implemented in a timely manner
  • Maintain and retain approximately 60-75 accounts


Additional Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of key automotive business trends
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the automotive industry, company culture, products/services, and strategic communication planning
  • Ability to consistently convey and articulate Foundation Direct’s core products and strategy


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field, preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of automotive professional experience, required
  • Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing and/or Automotive Customer Success experience, required
  • 25-30% travel within the region and nationally, as needed, required
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides and Docs
  • Must be flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Extremely organized, task and detail-oriented
  • Ability to perform as part of a larger team and work independently to schedule and prioritize your work
  • Possess current awareness of functional and industry best practices with an eye toward continuous improvement
  • Exceptional communication skills, demonstrated ability to write, listen and articulate in a clear, concise, and professional manner
