Job Description

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Outreach assistant to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the company’s lead generation and client communication efforts, managing sophisticated email campaigns and providing top-notch customer service. You’ll work with state-of-the-art marketing tools, interact with high-profile clients from the tech and telco sectors, and play a crucial role in driving business growth. Responsibilities
  • Expertly manage and monitor email campaigns using SmartLead software, ensuring optimal performance and engagement
  • Provide swift and professional responses to incoming client inquiries, maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Coordinate and schedule calls between potential clients and the company director, managing the sales pipeline effectively
  • Maintain, update, and improve email templates to enhance campaign effectiveness and client engagement
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to email campaigns, including DNS record updates and campaign reconnections
  • Generate and analyze performance reports for email campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement
  • Assist in managing the director’s calendar for sales calls, ensuring efficient time management
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve current marketing processes and expand into new areas such as social media marketing
Requirements
  • Must have sales experience
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling and professional emails
  • Proficiency in email marketing software, with experience in SmartLead being a significant advantage
  • Basic understanding of DNS configurations and email technical setups
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor and the ability to handle diverse client interactions
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and taking initiative to solve problems
  • Flexibility to work part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) with the potential to transition to a full-time role
  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing and Google Ads campaigns is a plus
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new skills as the company expands its service offerings
