Job Description

As an Appointment Setter for our esteemed commercial real estate firm, you’ll be the crucial first point of contact in our business development process. Your role is pivotal in connecting our expert brokers with C-suite executives, CFOs, COOs, and managing directors of law firms who are seeking prime office spaces. You’ll leverage your exceptional communication skills to navigate through gatekeepers, articulate the value of our services, and secure high-stakes appointments. This position offers a unique blend of fast-paced action and strategic thinking, as you’ll be instrumental in driving our company’s growth and enabling our brokers to focus on closing deals. Responsibilities
  • Conduct approximately 100 strategic cold calls daily, targeting C-suite executives and high-level decision-makers in potential client companies
  • Artfully navigate conversations to secure appointments for our commercial real estate brokers with key decision-makers
  • Represent our prestigious firm with utmost professionalism in all communications, embodying our commitment to excellence
  • Masterfully utilize cutting-edge CRM and scheduling tools to manage a high-volume contact list and coordinate complex appointment schedules
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for quality appointments set, driving our firm’s business development efforts
  • Provide comprehensive, insightful updates on call outcomes and appointment statuses, contributing to our data-driven approach to sales
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our South Florida-based broker team, ensuring smooth handoffs and maximizing conversion opportunities
  • Adapt swiftly to evolving market trends and client needs, adjusting your approach to maintain peak effectiveness
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with high-level executives, (bi-lingual Spanish, is a plus)
  • Proven track record in cold calling or appointment setting, preferably in a B2B environment with experience targeting C-suite decision-makers
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to maintain enthusiasm and persistence in the face of rejection
  • Basic understanding of the commercial real estate industry preferred, but not required - your eagerness to learn and adapt is more important
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and scheduling tools, with the ability to quickly master new software platforms
  • Flexibility to work within specified hours, potentially including early mornings or evenings to accommodate different time zones
  • Strong cultural fit with a fast-paced, ambitious team environment where your contributions directly impact company success
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
