Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

• Permanent work from home
• Fixed Schedule: Monday to Friday 9AM - 6PM New York time Includes 1hr unpaid break 
• Open to schedule adjustment requests after a few weeks of working


Responsibilities:

• Answering customer emails
• Making changes to orders in Shopify when requested by customers
• Combining orders in Shopify when requested by customers
• Communicating order status and updates to customers
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Familiarity with anime and gaming culture
• Shopify experience preferred but not required
• Good written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions.
