Lead Qualification & Appointment Setter (ZR_19334_JOB)

Scope:

• Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Florida time with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
  

• Handle incoming warm leads for a life insurance agency
  

• Operate within defined KPIs for appointment setting and call transfers
  

• Utilize provided CRM and dialer systems
  

• Work remotely, adhering to agreed-upon schedules
  

• Participate in regular performance reviews and team meetings
  

Responsibilities:

• Monitor CRM for incoming warm leads and respond immediately
  

• Qualify leads through phone conversations
  

• Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents
  

• Facilitate live transfers to available agents when appropriate
  

• Work within a round-robin system to distribute leads fairly among agents
  

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  

• Meet or exceed appointment setting targets
  

• Adapt to changing priorities and handle rejection professionally
  

Requirements:

• Fluent English speaker with a neutral accent
  

• Previous sales or appointment setting experience preferred
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software
  

• Strong time management and organizational skills
  

• Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively
