Job Description

We’re seeking a talented and versatile Admin Assistant with a strong background in email marketing to join our client’s growing team. In this exciting role, you’ll be at the forefront of their digital marketing efforts, creating compelling campaigns for both wholesale and retail customers. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase unique precious metal coins through various digital channels, honing your skills in email marketing, video editing, and potentially social media management. Responsibilities
  • Craft engaging email campaigns for wholesale and retail customers using platforms like Klaviyo or MailChimp
  • Design eye-catching wholesale offer emails featuring high-quality product images, detailed descriptions, and competitive pricing
  • Manage and track customer orders using Excel, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely follow-ups
  • Send personalized email reminders and order confirmations to enhance customer experience
  • Efficiently upload and organize product images on file-sharing platforms for easy access and distribution
  • Edit captivating short product showcase videos (5-8 minutes) for YouTube, highlighting the unique features of new coin releases
  • Contribute to social media content creation and management, expanding the company’s digital footprint
  • Proactively suggest and implement improvements to existing marketing processes, driving innovation and efficiency

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in administrative or marketing roles, preferably in e-commerce or related fields
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or MailChimp, with a track record of successful campaigns
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with cloud file-sharing platforms for efficient data management
  • Experience with video editing software, preferably Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
  • Working knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva and Photoshop for creating visually appealing content
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong communication with the team
  • Flexibility to work 20 hours per week during Australian business hours
  • Interest in numismatics or precious metals is a plus, but not required – we value your marketing expertise!
