    The role


    In this role, you'll be responsible for providing personalized styling and product recommendations, handling inbound sales and styling inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service to our customers across various communication channels.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Handle inbound sales and styling calls as per the schedule, reflecting operating hours.
    • Assist customers via live chat with product and styling inquiries.
    • Respond to voicemails and emails within 12-24 hours, offering rug suggestions and styling tips.
    • Provide customers with detailed product information, including features and materials, to ensure it fits their needs.
    • Use visual tools to create personalized styling experiences and drive sales.
    • Follow up with customers to maintain engagement, foster loyalty, and close sales.
    • Support customers with order queries, directing them to the appropriate team as needed.
    • Contribute to outreach initiatives, social media engagement, and styling page improvements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey and support business goals.
    • Actively participate in training, feedback sessions, and team meetings to continuously improve.
    • Take ownership of sales targets and contribute to team KPIs.


    Qualifications:

    • Proven sales expertise with a minimum of 4 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a fully remote environment.
    • Strong understanding of home interior trends and ability to curate personalized recommendations for customers.
    • Proven track record of driving initiatives that improve customer engagement, efficiency, and continuous improvements.
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with teams like Marketing, Production, and others.
    • Customer-centric approach, always prioritizing exceptional service and customer outcomes.
