Job Description

The Finance JV Manager is responsible for financial planning, analysis and reporting for USACS joint ventures. Partnering with operational and joint venture leadership to deliver financial results, explaining financial performance and recommending performance improvement actions, and fulfilling ad hoc requests. The Manager will analyze financial status by collecting, monitoring and studying data, forecasting future revenues and expenditures and will present their findings to the operational and joint venture leadership teams. Additionally, this position will work with Finance executives and other operating team leaders to set company-wide investment direction and help consolidate company-wide financial reporting.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage day to day activities of supporting the Joint Venture relationships
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with the operational and joint venture leadership teams
  • Collect operational data and develop financial models to determine cost of operations and establish standard costs
  • Partner with the USACS Accounting team to ensure proper recording of joint venture related revenue and expenses
  • Partner with the FP&A Divisional Finance team in completing the Joint Venture’s Budget and Forecast
  • Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results to budget, forecast, and prior period actual results
  • Propose and recommend guidance, policies, and procedures based on the review of data, trends, and other financial / nonfinancial measures
  • Articulate processes, techniques and models developed verbally or in written format
  • Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
  • Complete monthly & quarterly joint venture operating review packages and present to operational and joint venture leadership teams
  • Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • 5+ years of FP&A and/or Corporate Finance experience
  • Health care or related industry experience a plus
  • Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to process and communicate significant and complex data quickly
  • Must be energetic, highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Must be able to work in a fast growing, rapidly evolving business
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong prioritization and project management skills required
  • Past record of achievement and desire to advance
  • Strong MS Office Skills (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills required), experience with BI360 preferred
  • Must be well organized with strong communication skills across many different levels of the organization, both verbal and written
  • Past experience with investment banking or private equity environment preferred

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • MBA or job related advanced certification a plus

PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 15 pounds. 
  • Required to have close visual acuity to perform job

Salary Range:

$90,347.00 - $167,142.00

Salary may be determined on several factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, experience, education, geographical location and requirements stated in job description.
