Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Back to Base Salesperson to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to upsell add-ons and new features to our existing clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a track record of meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify opportunities to upsell add-ons and new features to existing clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to stay updated on new features and product enhancements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the EZFacility accounts, support, training, marketing and development teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop expert level knowledge of EZFacility’s software suite.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
