Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for procurement? Nutreco is seeking a Procurement Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in optimizing our global procurement strategies. In this role, you’ll harness the power of data to drive insightful decision-making, supporting our Category Managers and Lead Buyers in achieving operational excellence across our diverse, international supply chain.

As a Procurement Data Analyst, you’ll transform complex data into actionable insights, helping to shape procurement strategies that align with our business goals. About The Role:  Support and optimize procurement strategies
 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Collect, manage, and analyse procurement data to support strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports.

  • Collaborate with Category Managers to define and implement category strategies.

  • Participate in procurement projects to identify and drive cost-saving opportunities.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve procurement processes and performance.

  • Build and maintain market intelligence and support sustainability reporting initiatives

  • Contribute and support the development of the Indirect Procurement Organization within Nutreco.
     

Skills and Expertise

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

    •  3-5 years of experience in procurement and data analysis

    • Fluency in English and effectively communicating and networking with business and stakeholders.

    • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Power BI is considered a plus)

    • Soft skills like strong analytical skills with a proactive and innovative mindset, excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

    • Location: Amersfoort, Netherlands (hybrid working model)
