About the role 

🚀 As a Technical Support Developer at Nordhealth and EasyPractice, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations for our customers by resolving complex technical issues escalated from the 1st line support team. Your main responsibility will be to handle tickets, troubleshoot issues, and maintain our system, which primarily involves working with Laravel and Vue.js.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys a mix of technical challenges, and has a customer-first mindset.


Your key responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported through our support system.

  • Investigate, debug, and provide fixes for bugs in our Laravel and Vue.js-based applications.

  • Collaborate with the 1st line support team to ensure timely resolution of tickets and effective communication with end-users.

  • Understand and prioritize tickets while considering business and userbase needs.

  • Maintain and optimize existing code to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.

  • Document technical solutions and contribute to building a knowledge base for recurring issues.

  • Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve more complex issues when necessary.


Our Tech Stack

We’re huge fans of Laravel and the tools in its ecosystem. As a Technical Support Developer, you’ll work daily with:

  • PHP / Laravel

  • Vue.js 2.x/3.x

  • MySQL

  • Bootstrap and TailwindCSS



What will help you to be successful in this role?

Ideally, you have:

  • A strong background in Laravel Framework, PHP, and Vue.js.

  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues in a customer-facing role.

  • Solid knowledge of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).

  • Ability to navigate remote server administration.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to translate technical solutions into customer-friendly language.

  • Being a team player.

  • A proactive attitude and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.


Bonus points for experience in:

  • DevOps practices, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or automated testing.

This role is open to candidates that are located Europe.
