Job description

At Foxelli Group, we're not just leading the digital marketplace - we're redefining it. With 10 years of experience and a portfolio of thriving direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands generating over $20 million USD annually, we’re pushing boundaries to achieve our next growth milestone.

That’s why we’re on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Partner who’s ready to make a real impact.

❕This role is 100% remote and you will join a team that already works from 20 different world countries.

THE ROLE

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be pivotal in building a world-class team for our fast-growing brands. You’ll focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top international talent across key e-commerce functions, working with both inbound and outbound candidates. Your role will involve maintaining high hiring standards, implementing best practices, and leading recruitment projects to support our long-term success. You’ll also be dedicated to providing an exceptional candidate experience at every step of the process. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you'll shape strategies to meet the demands of our dynamic, high-growth environment while fostering strong, diverse, and high-performing teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inbound & Outbound Management: Manage both inbound applications and proactively source candidates through outbound efforts (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networks). Balance both strategies to ensure a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Building Passive Pipelines: Build and nurture a pipeline of passive candidates, cultivating relationships with potential future hires. Engage with candidates even when no immediate roles are available, ensuring a steady pool of talent for future needs.

  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough screenings, assessments, and interviews to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit. Ensure candidates meet the high standards required for success in our fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Candidate Experience Management: Ensure a seamless, positive, and professional candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance. Build strong relationships with candidates, providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the hiring process.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, team leaders, and other key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, align recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates on progress. Build strong partnerships to drive successful hiring outcomes.

  • Recruitment Projects & Initiatives Execution: Lead and execute recruitment projects and initiatives that align with our long-term growth strategy, including diversity programs, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding efforts.

  • Data Management & KPI Tracking: Manage and track recruitment data to measure performance against key metrics, including time-to-fill, conversion rates, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness. Continuously analyze and report on data to optimize recruitment strategies and meet KPIs.
